It’s patently obvious the person making my sandwich put away the supplies before closing time and didn’t want to unpack them. Or maybe they just missed 1) bbq sauce 2) pickles 3) house sauce 4) tomatoes 5) cheese… Don’t accept an order you aren’t going to fulfill, particularly when your franchise is based on customization.
O stars, horrible staff
Today my colleague ordered a sandwich from Subway, and it was extremely disappointing. The sandwich arrived completely cold — the bread wasn’t toasted, the filling was cold, and there was barely any sauce. Everything was dry, tasteless, and absolutely not worth the money. Very poor experience. We hope the quality of food and service will be seriously reconsidered.
I don’t want to give any star to the employee and this subway location. I had a really unpleasant experience at this Subway location. The lady who served us was rude and dismissive, and it felt like she didn’t want to help us at all. We come in expecting decent service, not attitude. Really disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. Don’t go if you want to save your money.
