Ordered one sub through the app for delivery. Waited an hour and a half only to find the order was cancelled with no refund. Called to ask about this and got a voicemail for a private number. After multiple attempts I got through to one of the staff who told me to take it up with doordash even though I ordered through the subway app. I asked just to have my sandwich made and delivered as I already paid for it and was told that's not possible.
