Horrible business owners. I was parked and the owner aggressively approached my car stating I couldn’t park in the empty parking lot behind my job. Never seen the parking lot full. She called my job threatening to tow my car. She didn’t ask nicely at all, just a lot of yelling. What makes it offensive is I’m a paying customer as well. I spend my money at that is location for my lunch as well as my co workers. She is known for this. I think they should hire trained staff to provide good customer service. The girl who was here today with red hair and glasses seemed annoyed and didn't provide good customer service. She wouldn't make me some Doritos, and she was upset when I asked her to give me toasted bread.
AMAZING COSTUMER SERVICE Mrs. Robyn on beaver st. Jacksonville fl. She is super sweet very fast she made my sandwich incredibly good with no problem there was no wait for her to be by her self she was very quick I will be back and going to this subway every time thank you.
