Poor Service
I walk from my home which is close on 37th St and strictly buy the 12 inch steak & cheese sandwich 👌🏾🍖. It's delicious.
On a Thursday night (Nov 21, 2024) when the website and the door says it closes at 10pm I tried to go in to order food at exactly 9:13pm and the doors were locked. I also looked up and saw through the glass that the employee behind the counter was standing there on his phone reaching into the lettuce with no gloves whatsoever and shoving it in his mouth. This location is very unsanitary and inconvenient for closing more than 45 minutes early just cause the employee got hungry
Beard hair in sandwich. Do not eat here. No help will be done. They offer another sandwich. Absolutely Disgusting
