I went into Subway today and witnessed something really upsetting. An employee named Sam was training a new coworker, he was extremely rude and demeaning towards him. It was honestly uncomfortable to watch and made the whole experience unpleasant. There’s a way to train and treat people with patience and respect. I truly felt bad for the new employee and hope management addresses how staff are being treated during training.

I went there today to have a sub and the guy cut the meat order in half and then I went to pay and there was a tip of $2 already added. I said what is this and he said well it's a tip and I said no tip. I wasn't given a choice it was just added. That wasn't bad enough. He turned around and looked at the girl and they were talking to each other about me and started laughing and the girl wouldn't stop staring at me. I will not be coming back there again.

I’m new to the Glamorgan Manor neighborhood, so I thought I’d check out the local Subway on Richmond Rd. Mistake. Horror show.
