Yeah..sorry for this..I have been going to this location for 10 yrs +. Quality has declined recently. Today..stale, hard bread. Lettuce was old. Peppers and tomatoes all "stemmy" ( if that's a word, but you get the concept) and the tip prompt in the POS machine.. I like milk with my sandwiches..none to be found. Just high fructose corn syrup garbage in the coolers.. Can't go back anymore..too bad.
Every time I come to this location, I honestly feel like all my positive energy gets drained the moment I walk in. The main reason is the unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude of the employee working there. Is it really that difficult to say “Good morning,” smile, or simply make customers feel welcome? The person that was doing my sub honestly just looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but to work. Very unfriendly, and I barely got any meat on my sub that was swiming in sauce and lettuce. My bread was so hard on end that my even my dog refused to eat it.
Everytime I order takeout here the order is wrong, missing items, incorrect items subbed for others. It feels like they make the order up instead of using the ingredients asked for. Wrong bread, not toasted, wrong drinks, etc.
