We came in at 10:37, as it’s open until 11. We asked for 2 subs, which really isn’t that difficult. We both got basic subs. The girl rolled her eyes when my boyfriend asked to order his sub and said “oh my god, you know we are about to close?” And he said he didn’t have to get a sub and that it was ok. And she said it was fine but was extremely irritated with us. If your staff don’t want to stay late, I understand, but this behaviour was not acceptable at all.
Always a mixed experience at this location. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it seems like you're interrupting the staff trying to study, my last visit the woman working was too busy making online orders she never bothered to acknowledge me. I was the only person other than her there. It was apparently too much to say say hi and that she would be a while with pickup orders. Instead I stood there awkwardly for 5-10 minutes, then left.
