I placed an order via the app for delivery at 5:08pm with an estimated delivery time of 5:42pm. It wasn’t delivered until 6:13pm. I’m 12 blocks away from this location. I requested a refund or the food remade and I’d pick it up myself from the restaurant and they were unwilling to refund the order and wouldn’t remake it unless I paid for it.
