I went into the store around 10:45 and asked the guy if i could use the washroom and employee name ‘Harsh desai’ told me that you have to buy something to use the washroom. I was like mate i dont have my wallet with me and i have a condition as well so kindly let me use it for a second. He said it is store policy and i completely understand it but when someone comes up with a emergency, you guys can make an exemption to the policy. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location on July 18, 2025, around 1:00 PM. The staff member behind the counter (the one in the middle in the photo I’ve attached, who appears to have a small mole under their chin) was extremely rude when asking me what I wanted on my sandwich. They spoke to me in a humiliating and disrespectful tone, as if serving me was beneath them. It was clear they had no interest in basic customer service.
