Order online.. No cheese, didn’t toast.. what’s going on with worker
I ordered a foot long with a promotion discount that was accepted in the order. Right before I arrived it was canceled. When I called to find out what happened they said they don’t accept promotions. Then why did the order go through? Really bad customer service and I won’t return.
The veggies had gone bad and they were still adding it
They cancelled my order telling me they don't honor online orders and deals offered by Subway My deal offer was voided and unable to be used elsewhere The staff and franchise owner was completely rude
Good luck for your business, no more trust. I order online and pay, when pick up, they just said no accept coupons.
