I work in the building and buy here often. The staff is hard working but could maybe smile a little more. Maybe one reason they don’t look happy is because the franchise owner doesn’t share your E-tips with them. THE OWNER KEEPS ALL YOUR TIPS FOR THEMSELVES. DO NOT LEAVE A TIP.
The staff is rude and look like the hate thier jobs it is very unclean looking but when I seen the vegetables I couldn't believe my eyes the lettuce is brown and everything looks expired this place is surly in violation of health codes but they don't have health codes where they come from and it's not racist it's a fact!! Also absolutely nobody is wearing Hair nets! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY HEALTH CANADA.
Each time I go there the service is extremely slow and today I arrive there early before the lunch crowd and there are 3 of the young woman sitting around talking and eventually they serve me and then as the woman is preparing my food she is looking over and listening to the conversation the other woman are having. Girl who is on Cash counter is giving us too embarrassing expressions during the order pick up. This Subway needs to focus on that staff to improve customer service.
