On DoorDash, I ordered the Veggie Patty footlong and paid extra for smashed avocado. I even selected "cancel entire order" for if the restaurant was out. Yet I received only a 6-inch portion of the veggie patty and no smashed avocado. They should have at least contacted me if they weren't going to cancel it.
The staff here are typically very nice and friendly but unfortunately, they do run out of toppings and food before they get their order in. I’ve ordered on Sundays and Mondays a few times and they’re missing items. In fact… They even ran out of bread once. It is not the employees fault. I believe it’s the owners for not being willing to adjust the inventory based on the time of year.
Most of the time they are always out of meat or bread or other things just poor planning
