I stopped by Subway this morning for a breakfast sandwich, and it was a very disappointing experience. Not only was the sandwich underwhelming, but the customer service was even worse. The employee who served me was extremely rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for ordering. A simple smile and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, neither was present. The gentleman working tonight was amazing. He listened to orders, and despite it being busy took instructions very well and was very kind through it all. He even remembered a regular behind me and knew exactly what the customer wanted. Thank you, one of my favourite subways in the city
