It feels like they actually care about customer service, not just rushing through orders. They’re patient when you’re deciding on sauces or extras, and they don’t make you feel rushed. Overall, the positive attitude of the staff makes the food taste even better.
One of my favourite spot for food. Really great customer service by the staff. Overall a satisfying experience.
Excellent service by staff …
Didn’t have a good experience here. Rahul treated the uber eats order first before the customers in the store (even though there was no driver anywhere to be seen). He also had his AirPod in his ear which I overheard him having a conversation with someone like he was on the phone during his shift. When we asked him multiple questions he could not hear us even though we were the only ones in store. When we brought up if were inconveniencing him and if we should leave he said yes.
