Traveling back to Jackson from Baldwin today we stopped at this location and I must say the ladies working not only the subway, but the gas station were topped notch I don’t think I’ve ever received such great service At a Subway restaurant ever they deserve all the recognition That come with giving excellent customer service way to go ladies You rock.
Had a horrible dried out pretzel. The salt fell off and it was overcooked and tough. It cost $3.79. It's $3.00 at other Subways. Slow service, bad food and overpriced. These pretzels are supposed to be like the ones they sell in the mall. ABSOLUTLY NO RESEMBLANCE. NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION AGAIN.
I love subway, I haven't been there in a few months. My husband and I went in and ordered. The young man was making our subs then suddenly went to the cash register and was pushing buttons, didn't remove his gloves when was finished with the register he came back and started back making our subs. He did take his gloves off after messing with the register.. we said something to him that he should change is gloves, he just continued to make our subs.
