Nice Subway, but…. Employee that made my sandwich was really nice and professional, and he did a good job, but the people in the back were not professional. There was a girl back there that screamed very loud, sounded like it was maybe out of frustration. But seriously it’s a sub shop with one customer in the store. How frustrated can you be?
I placed an order via the app for pick up at 6:50 pm for curbside pickup. The app was very slow processing my order, received confirmation email before app had order processed. Email stated that my order would be ready at 4:30 pm. I called subway at 4:19 pm and spoke with a man an informed him that there was an error on the app and it did not show the correct pick up time.
