This is the best Subway in Spanish Springs. The lady that works here (maybe the manager?) always remembers my order. She also told me about the Subway app so that I can get rewards and promotions.
The sandwiches themselves are always good tasting. The consistency of the sandwiches are hit or miss. Sometimes theres a reasonable amount of protein, veggies, and sauce and sometimes theres three slices of turkey for a footlong and fistfulls of pickles. Again, they always taste good. There's never been anything bad or gross. It would just be nice if the sandwiches didnt vary so much depending on who makes it.
I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches from this location via the app. My husband went to pick them up. Once he got to the location, he was told “we don’t show that order in our system” He waited 25 minutes before they found the order. Once home, all three sandwiches were opened and just thrown together messy and falling out of the stale bread. Best experience at a subway I’ve ever had. There’s a new employee here. His name is Antonio. He’s incredible. If you get him you’re in luck. Very attentive to my food order very professional very proficient very polite. Get the word out on Antonio. He Goes above and beyond to the point where I left a Google review for him which I never do
