I used come to Subway quite often. Going to have to rethink it. I order my sandwich tell the manager I want mayo on both sides tells me I have to pay for extra mayo. Mayo a condiment wow. If you want a little extra vegetables or sauces you will pay extra. The company does not care if they lose my business. I should of walked out and gone somewhere else.
They need to wear hair nets. Long ponytails slinging hair. I had to say "Deal for The Day" three times....it was if she didn't hear me.
Worse customer service , there was someone new making my order which is completely fine I understand he’s learning I asked for mayo and mustard on my sub he proceeded to put smallest thin line of mayo and a ton of mustard (I told him light on the mustard) I didn’t say anything because I do understand he’s learning but I asked if he could add a little more mayo since it was not enough and the mustard taste would be overpowering he was about when the girl “training”him tells me it’s gonna be extra $ since you want more on it ,... read more
Ordered a large sandwich this morning and wanted extra onion. I was told extra onion would cost more. I could have had ALL the veggies but didn't. Never told that before when ordering. I and my family won't be returning to Subway, if for no other reason, their stupidity.
You should know this location does not accept valid Subway coupons. Sometimes it's nice to get a deal on a $18 sandwich.
