Very disappointing experience. I came to Subway to buy lunch but was told I couldn’t use the washroom before ordering unless I purchased something. The employee, James, told me that this was a strict order from the owner. I understand that businesses have policies, but I believe customers deserve more understanding, especially when someone urgently needs to use a washroom. Because of this experience, I decided not to buy my food. I hope the owner and management will reconsider this policy
Very good service, staff are very nice
