After reading other reviews, sad to see I was not the first or only one. I ordered online with a promotion applied for a buy one footlong and get one for a $1. Within a couple minutes I get a cancellation notice of my order.(Thankful I atleast got the notice and didn’t already drive all the way there) Called the restaurant and the women stated the owner of that location doesn’t accept coupons. I used to come to this location alot until they stopped accepting coupons that the app promotes. Besides the fact that when I have ordered to go items I don't feel like my sandwiches are adequate, their cookie box on the app is 4.99 but in store it's more expensive and the tables have dirt in places they aren't taking care of, now they don't accept coupons which is driving people to come there in the first place compared to any of the other subways near by.
There was a promotion going on that if you buy 1 footlong sub then you get the 2nd one for $1. This subway was on the promotion list so I ordered our subs and it took my money out of the bank and said that my order would be ready at 3pm. I get there to pick my order up and the lady said that they don't honor that promotion and that my money should go back into my bank account but she didn't know how long it would take.
