Waited 15 minutes in line just to be told THEY DONT ACCEPT COUPONS!! Even though I used them there days before.

If I could still leave a review and give zero stars I absolutely would. I ordered through the subway app. and was informed if something was unavailable I would be contacted. It wasn't until I got all of the way to the store that I was informed that they didnt have all of the items for my order and asked what I wanted to substitute. the worker was extremely rude because of the policy they have for using the coupons. the policy says one coupon per person per visit and he told us that he cannot take more than one coupon per visit per group when in the policy it does not states anything about groups. I even asked him to make a different transaction for my husband and for me so that we could use our two coupons and he said no because we walked in together.
