This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee wasn’t even busy, yet he spoke in a sharp, commanding tone as if he was issuing orders rather than helping a paying customer. I came in to buy food, not to be talked to like I was being instructed or corrected. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and unnecessarily hostile. The sandwich itself was made carelessly. got delivery from here. ordered a sub and the new item on the menu - a pizza. received 2 subs without any protein. i mean that has to be as bad as it gets. why is this guy still allowed to have this franchise? have ordered 10 times in the last 2 years, and have reported issues about 9 times. just go out of business already
I regret coming here today and wasted my money! The person gave me the sandwich should not be working here! His costumer service was really poor. Restroom is disgusting!
