Best sandwich I've had in a long time
We had the worst experience tonight at Subway in Boonsboro, MD. Employee was on her phone talking while making our sandwiches. Her phone was in her shirt on speaker. She kept asking us the same questions because she couldn’t hear us over the phone and she ignored our requests. Example, one of our sandwiches we asked her to toast extra and to do last so it would stay warm. She completely ignored us. She kept rushing us and looking at the clock. It was 8:30pm. Placed a phone in order for a party pack of subs, and they were ready for me, even though I arrived a little early for them. Fresh and made correctly to my request. Team member that took my order and assist with the pickup was nice and professional. Store was clean.
