I visited this Subway recently and had an extremely disappointing experience with a staff member working at the sandwich station. I ordered a Hot Honey Turkey Italian sandwich. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until we reached the toppings. I asked for specific toppings, beginning with spinach, but the employee started adding lettuce and onions before I had even finished telling him what I wanted. This is literally my second time coming here to this location and the guy with the glasses and grey hair has poor customer service. 8/10/26 me and someone else was in line and we both left because your employee literally saw us then decides he has to use the restroom walked away without saying anything while we where in line . I will be calling corporate because if you guys need more workers or a replacement you need to hire people who want to work .

Guy working there, yelled at a child for trying to get ice from the machine. Talked to a child like a dog who didn't see the sign well above the sofa machine saying no outside cups. Yelled at her telling her to read the sign and just kept saying it making the child almost in tears for his harsh way of talking instead of just calmly telling her she wasn't able to us her cup.
