Ordered online at 4:30 was supposed to be ready at 4:55 did not get food till almost 5:20. It’s funny bc they were able to take in 4 walk in order before completing mine and leaving my sandwich out in the open. Time wasn’t an issue but coulda been more considerate then thing that did rub me wrong was when I ordered their new nachos and when I got there was told they don’t sell it there anymore and was given 3 bags of Doritos. Hello. I was turning around at the Subway in Riverside on Chicago and University. I saw a white girl with blondish-brown hair in a Subway uniform smoking a glass pipe by the dumpster while a guy in regular clothes was taking out the garbage around 9:44 pm. I called the store manager and he said there is nothing he can do because he doesn’t have a camera back there. So don’t go to that Subway at night; the employees are on drugs. I was able to make a Yelp review and a complaint with the BBB.
