My husband went through the drive through tonight it was like 9:20 pm, they close at 10. I LOVE subway. He calls me saying he sat in the drive through for 10 plus minutes saying hello, hello anyone there, and SEEING a girl at the counter and someone else in the back on their phone. I even called the store while he sat there and no one picked up. Finally shortly after I called the girl took his order. And there was NO SORT OF RUSH TO MAKE THEM EITHER. Not good service whatsoever.
I ordered a blt with extra bacon, got just a few floppy pieces, not extra, but got charged for it. Ordered a turkey Itialiano got few pieces of pepperoni and salami, no turkey. The girl at the drive thru had an attitude. Not going there again. Drive a few extra mins and do to the Saratoga location
Don’t bother ordering ahead! You’ll show up, there’ll be no one else at the store, 3 employees working and your subs are still 20 minutes late! Unbelievable service
One of the dirtiest food places I’ve been in. Food everywhere all over tables floor front and back. Doesn’t look like it ever gets cleaned
