This Subway location never lets me down. The staff is awesome they keep the store nice and consistently make great sandwiches every time

I visited this Subway on September 28th, at night, and was disappointed with the service. The employee, who appeared quite young, was very rude when speaking with me. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable while trying to place my order. I hope the management can provide better training for staff so customers are treated politely.

I visited this Subway location yesterday on september 28th at night and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was rude and arrogant, showing unnecessary attitude instead of being polite and helpful. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would have given it for this service. Customer service is very important, and I hope management takes steps to improve this.

The staff here is always friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and have plenty t of choices of drinks chips and subs. Steven is a pleasant inviting manager. I come here often and he is always in good spirits. I will keep coming back. Especially with there daily deals.

I like this Subway. Steven the manager always greets me with a smile. I order the same sub every time and not once disappointed. Veggie are always looking fresh and itbis the cleanest Subway in Riverside. Come to this subway friendly service and quality taste.
