Review for Subway – 5093 Canada Way, Burnaby I placed a mobile order with everything clearly written out. After picking up my order and getting home, I realized one of the subs was missing tomatoes. I called the store, and the staff member who made the sub answered. When I mentioned the missing tomatoes and asked her to be more careful next time, she insisted she had added them and then claimed I had complained before. This subway was disappointing, I ordered a pizza sub awhile ago and i asked for sauce which normally comes with the pizza sub, I assume that the women forgot, and I asked her nicely if she could remove the green peppers that were in the sauce, as there were also onions and olives in and around the area of the sauce , actually there was vegetables everywhere by the meats and vegetables and sauces. Look at your receipts they charged me a random 5.00 pst charge. Employee had now idea why. Such a joke of an establishment ripping people off.
