I had one of the worst experiences of Subway at this location. I simply asked for a cup of water for my child, and they wanted to charge for it. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, when I spoke with the manager, the situation became even worse. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the manager was dismissive, rude, and made comments that felt insulting. There were several customers waiting in line, but she was on the phone with her friend. When she finally got off the phone, she started making sandwiches with a annoyed look and in a careless, sloppy way. She looked clearly unhappy to be there. The management should just let her go if she hates her job so much. Worst service ever.
