My family and i visited this subway on May 2nd , it was supposed to be a quick stop. Where I ran in to get us all food while my husband and kids waited in the car. First thing there was no one at the counter so I pushed the button that said ring for service , waited 2 minutes before pushing it again. Finally after 7 minutes of waiting and another customer behind me someone came out to take my order . Worst Subway I've ever been to! Customer service garbage absolute garbage. The funny thing is I went down the street 20 minutes to oak harbor. Got my subs in 10 minutes. No problems. How funny is that! Don't be in a hurry cuz they're slow as snails. And don't have a problem because they won't fix it. It'll take over an hour to fix it if you do.
Haven't been in a subway for years due to quality and service drop. After coming here and getting served by Aleia my opinions have changed. Service was beyond amazing Aleia was amazing just so happy and helpful. A true gem. Food quality was really so good, everything looked great and was so fresh. Great experience. I cant say enough good about Aleia she is the type of person every company wishes to have but few do.
