I’m not exactly sure what to do because I was in a rush so I did not apply my rewards. I did not take the receipt… I got to my office and this is what I received. Chicken was so soggy was not pieces of chicken. I’ve had this at multiple locations and I’ve never had this experience. Tasted like tuna. Entire sub was soggy with only a topping of cucumbers and ranch/ chipotle. I do want to acknowledge that the employee at this time was very nice and had great customer service skills ! This is a quality issue.

We ordered via uber eats but this Subway's staff allowed the uber driver to leave without confirming on the app that they picked up the order. Driver stole the order and I was left hungry just because the staff couldn't take 10 seconds to have the driver complete the pickup process before handing him the bag... I won't take the risk of ordering from here again but I'm writing this with the hope that whoever runs this place speaks with the staff about confirming delivery pick ups so that nobody else has to experience this agg... read more

Soy cliente frecuente de esta tienda, y siempre tengo el mismo problema, hay una empleada que quire hacer minorden como ella quiere o como a ella le gusta no como uno le especifica en la orden, y me han tenido que cambiar mi orden porque no es como yo la he pedido y esa empleada me la vuelve hacer de mala gana, excusandose que uni no le especifica en la orden aun asi yo mostrandole que es ella la que mo lee bien las ordenes

The employees treat customer with respect and always with a smile. If the don’t have a item the suggest and help the customer. Love the service in this subway.
