I stopped at the Subway on Lee Road during my lunch break, and what should have been a simple, pleasant experience turned into an extremely disappointing one. Went here this morning before work. Customer service was amazing! That’s the only good thing. The store was disgustingly nasty! Definitely could use a deep cleaning. I was skeptical on ordering after looking at the condition of the cooler where the food is stored, and I should have went with my first mind. Just now getting to have lunch and my sandwich tasted funny. The meat was brown around the salami. I just threw an entire sandwich in the trash and now my stomach hurts! Will NOT be back! Clean this place up!!!

Friendly staff and great service. However, they only put one meat on the three meat sandwich that I ordered. Not right. Well well. I went back by ordering on the app. My daughter and granddaughter went to pick the food up and the sandwich that I ordered was swimming in sauce. I double checked my order and I only requested regular sauce, no extra. The sandwich also had a hair on it. Well they remade me a sandwich and they gave my granddaughter three cookies for the trouble. Not cool. Well I am done with subway.
