I mobile ordered here and they happened to read the receipt wrong. They proceeded to blame me for “not ordering it right in the app.” I asked for a remake and they didn’t want to instead they gave me more sauce on the side that I didn’t need. Terrible customer service do not recommend this location, unless you want to be disappointed.
It was December 31st 2024. I was at the restaurant earlier today and there was a teenager no older than 17 years old probably younger with his little brother ordering food, the older brother was struggling to order because frankly he didn't know what he wanted but it was a 6inch sub and I believe he ended up ordering a BLT. Yesterday, December 4 2024 at 4:27 pm I had the best sandwich from Subway I’ve had in my whole life. All 21 years of living, been eating Subway my whole life and always had the same order with only very very small modifications. I always ask for light chipotle baja, extra ranch. I have had sandwiches that have gotten somewhat close to a perfect sauce to sandwich ratio.. but this one had blown all of the sandwiches I’ve ever eaten out of the water. My sandwich was loaded. With only one person working at the front, it takes quite a long time for people to order. Over 20 minute wait for just 3 people. Not this location next time that's forsure
