Staff was nice enough, but both bathrooms were out of order, and they "accepted" coupons, but only on basic turkey, tuna, etc sandwiches... When Kroger is literally right next store. Will not return.
Freezer empty with no drinks. no food prepped I asked for onions and the older lady told me they were sold out. I had to ask her twice to go cut some onions because there is no way yall are sold out & it was no where near closing time. NO cookies prepared Slid my food across the counter expecting me to hold everything. I asked her for a bag & she looked at me crazy.
I have gone to countless sub joints in the past and the majority of the workers at these restaurants struggle to follow the direction to put heavy amounts of oil and vinegar on my subs. Today, I was delighted. I came in expecting the same experience and the worker that served me, drenched my sub with oil and vinegar at my request. He also did it with a very respectful "yes ma'am " when I made the request. I rarely make reviews, but this was worth writing about. Thank you Subway, for a delicious meal today!
This subway is dirty, run by teenagers most days, and their sandwiches are nowhere near up to par of a the Subway standard. Run, don't walk from this place. My last sandwich had a portion of a plastic bag inside. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
