Was turned away but 3 people inline and door was not locked. Workers sitting with customs eating after locking door as I walked up waved away like a dog this place is garbage
You need to teach your employees how to prioritize orders....... If something was ordered online for delivery, delivery drivers should not have to wait when they get to the store to pick up an order for people who are currently in line because if it was ordered online, it was ordered before the people got there, therefore it should be made first... The food was good but I had placed order online and when I got there it wasn't ready had to wait for them to prepare They didn't know there was a pickup order until I got there and the order was still on counter I waited longer that the time had specified for it to be ready
Have ordered through app, numerous times. Never ready. Today, wasn't ready, started making when was in store, someone came in, stopped making mine, did his, then completed mine. Ridiculous.
