Owners are deplorable. They are as cheap as they come. I guess this is supposed to be the going trend everywhere. Low quality, poor service, rude service, and the owners are right there watching like hawks as their employees treat customers like garbage. I guess when Subway renews franchises, they just see money. They don't look at customer reviews. This has nothing to do with inflation or food costs. This is all about greed. I wish I could give no stars. I went to this location yesterday around 5:10pm when I get off work to get the cookie box deal. When I was greeted by a young gentleman, since the young lady was helping another customer. She got through with her customer and took over from the young gentleman helping me. I told her I want the 12 pack box of cookies. She then stated to me I will have to pick from what she had available, which wasn't that many to even fill the 12 pack box.
