Really nice people waiting on you, yummy
Me oh my... I hadn't gone to a Subway in years and decided to try this one due to its convenient location. The first time (maybe 2 months ago) went well. Very nice employees. However, went today and the woman making my order seemed to be having a bad day. She "forgot" to add the ham, pepperoni, and salami to my spouse's BMT, so there was only bacon and cheese plus the few toppings he added. Way to shortchange your customers, scummy lil owners.
Owners are deplorable. They are as cheap as they come. I guess this is supposed to be the going trend everywhere. Low quality, poor service, rude service, and the owners are right there watching like hawks as their employees treat customers like garbage. I guess when Subway renews franchises, they just see money. They don't look at customer reviews. This has nothing to do with inflation or food costs. This is all about greed. Great service and communication, though usually I only see one person working when I come here, their shortcomings are mostly due to understaffing
