They work really hard in there and do an amazing job! She was slightly behind today (I didn’t mind waiting) but she was so sweet and even brought the sandwiches to the car for me while I got gas while I waited.
So far, every time I’ve visited this location, the worker has been on a personal phone call while trying to take orders. It’s extremely frustrating to have to repeat your order requests/just gets orders incorrect because the worker isn’t listening properly. They are always friendly, which is why I gave 2 stars, but more professionalism would go a long way.

I have came here 100's of times over the last 3 or 4 years. I have always liked this place until recently. I thought maybe its just the new guy, but the last 2 times I was here, ( today and 3 days ago) the guy was slow like it was a joke and be was seeing how much I would take before saying anything. I said nothing and still tipped 20%. No thank you or even a receipt. He just turned around. Great service again at the best Subway in Nashville. They always make a great sandwich and inform me of new sandwiches to try. The sandwhich are always fresh. They are always friendly and maintain a clean area.
