I have been going to this location when I have had a busy day and just need a quick dinner. Typically a long wait, but always a pleasant experience. I usually ordered the 3 footlongs for $27.99. I went into this location on Saturday, February 28th after 4pm, the sign for the special was still up in this location and was told by the worker this is no longer valid. Please update your specials in accordance to the offerings or if you do not, please honor the special to your guests.
I arrived at 9:35 am on a Thursday and the doorsign clearly said they were open at 9:30 am. 5 minutes later, a guy arrived, unlocked the door and told me the shop was not open yet as he still had to cut the vegetables. Therefore, he said, we want you to come back in about 20 minutes. I used to work in a lot of stores myself when I was younger, and when my boss said doors open at 9:30 am, it meant you are ready to accept orders at 9:30. Dissapointing, because I don't have the time to wait.
Employee was prepping for pick up order 4 sandwiches which were already made. So he proceeds to get the chips for the meals instead of grabbing all four at once he walks back and forth and grabs each one individually and has to reread the order every time. Tells me to hold on again. I left the store will never go back it was. 15 min wait at this point .
Terrible experience at this subway. On the chicken bacon ranch the meat was a shredded "chicken" not the typical grilled chicken, honestly I'm not actually sure what is was but it smelled like dog food. Utterly disgusting. Also I had to call the cashier out on handling the register and not putting new gloves on before he made our sandwiches. Yuk!
