On October 6th at approximately 10:30AM, I was in line at the establishment. In front of me, I observed a woman I had never encountered before wearing an earpiece, likely for a phone. She was engaged in a phone conversation while attempting to assist a customer in front of me who looked to me to be elderly and were receiving food. I found her behavior to be highly unprofessional, as she was simultaneously handling customers and on the phone. When I looked at her name tag it said Amanda area manager.
Amazing service, staff was amazing and respectful, i had my kids with me and we all know how little ones are, they took there time with them to make sure they had a great experience and got what they wanted, thank you so much my family will be back, very clean everything looked fresh and tasted amazing
