Brandy is spectacular! The place has a WOW cleanliness factor! Truly the cleanist subway I've ever visited. Highly recommend.
Online order, two sandwiches. One roasted one not, they sent them out the door both untoasted.
Young girl with blue hair and a nose ring refused to even acknowledge us when we walked in. I said “hello” and she simply glared at me and did not answer. I said “are you ready for our order” and she said “yeah” with a sarcastic tone and I walked out. Terrible customer service.
