July 6th at 7:50pm EDT. Coming to this location is a waste of time. The employees working here in the evening shift are rude and respond passive-aggressively. They act as if they don’t understand your basic subway order and respond as if you are asking for an item that doesn’t exist on the subway menu. I got 3 subs, I was telling the employee what to put in it and he totally ignored it. He put whatever he wanted on them, and barely even put any of the veggies. For a footlong he only put 2 cucumbers, 1 leaf of spinach and so on …. The worst disappointment was when I told him it was okay for him to round up, but not only that he gave himself a $4 dollar tip and didn’t wanna give me my receipt, until I kept waiting there I was running late for work so I didn’t even get a chance to make a complaint
The two staff working were nice but they need some training in putung sandwiches together. I ordered 7 foot long subs online. Five of the subs were wrong. They mixed up ingredients. I double checked the receipt to make sure I didn't make the mistake. The toppings were put on sloppy, a little mayo on part of the bread and very heavy on the other half. It seems they didn't really care about what they were doing.
So frustrated impossible to find a way to get a hold of anyone. Everytime I go there something has been missing or messed up in my order. Today was the cherry on top. Will never go to that subway again. Such a nice crew but can't pay attention to detail at all.
