Very nice people and great service and patience
Ordered veggie sub, asked her to fill more veggies but she says only this much we can put, we have a policy of this much only. Then she was giving stale spinach in front of me when asked her she says A/C not working thats why the spinach is not good i cannot do anything. Close the shop if you cannot maintain temperature of vegetables. Upon the bill she charged me for 8$ and redeemed my points even without asking to me. They have reason for every single thing and will argue with it.
I went in at 1020pm on June 23 qnd ordered a burbon brisket and instead of asking if I wanted bbq sauce or even sayin thats how this new sub comes the lady just puts a bunch of it on my sub I express how I dont like bbq sauce qnd the lady was extremely rude apon the matter telling me that this is just the way it comes i dont get a say unless I tell her that I'm allergic but how am I supposed to no that they just put on a sauce with out even saying anything when it is a new sub and I have never ever went in to a subway where ... read more
The owner of this subway is very rude argumentative and very unprofessional she discriminated against me I am a person that suffers with disabilities and then she even tried to go back on what she had told me earlier in the day and even called the store when I showed up there and demanded that I speak to her on the phone and then had me on the phone for like 10 minutes arguing with me (which caused my anxiety and panic attacks to hit the roof) like she keeps a close eye on her employees and because the young girl was the sam... read more
Went into the store to use coupons from the flip app. And was told we are unable to use them and that they do not accept those coupons. Why are they available on the flip app if your store does not accept them? Horrible customer service.
