I want to start by the place was clean, new, and everyone was friendly. BUT lord, if it wasnt for Sierra I'm not sure we would have gotten food. That girl needs a raise, she had a new hire and what also seemed to new hire female. She was making sandwiches and helping them. Tip my hat to her.
Cera was a GOD SEND she was calm and collected as the man infront of us ordered 6 subs, the lady helping her ran out, two people entered after us and then an entitled door dasher came in whining about her pick up. Cera was professional and friendly through it all.
I give the store a one star. Every time I come here there its understaffed. I order through the app and my food is never even close to ready. There is always one person working and trying to get all of the online orders and dealing with the walk in customers. It's always a young person, not a manager, zero assistance, and usually a young lady working alone at night, running in ten directions.
