Food was cold when I got there. Was told to be there at 12:35 I got there at 12:38 and it was cold and they didn't even follow directions to toast it. Also I'd HIGHLY recommend ordering online because if you go in and order you'll be late going back to work on your lunch break.
Their service is extremely slow. They take abt half an hour for a single sub.
