Language barrier, staff are unable to understand and take correct orders. Explaining multiple times does not work. Got stuck with an order I didn't want which cost even more than what I actually wanted.
We were just there at 835p (February 16, 2025) and it says they close at 10p. However they had only lettuce tomatoes and onions on the bar. Told us no pickles or anything else. Saw them turn away a lady and kid who wanted a sandwich. Told them there wasn’t any bread OR wraps and we clearly saw some while they made my husbands order. Who turns away a child who’s hungry. I ordered via UberEats with dairy allergy so no cheese. Apparently no one in the restaurant speaks English therefore it was made with cheese and honey mustard instead of regular mustard
No hay un pedido online que lo preparen bien ,tan difícil es seguir las especificaciones? Estoy pagando más del doble por un delivery y ni siquiera pueden seguir las especificaciones de un cliente? Yo me plantearia muy seriamente por la reputación de Subway como compañía los empleados a contratar... nada profesional y los teléfonos son de adorno ya que nadie los responde.
