Ashley was rude the moment we opened the door. She also said none of the sandwiches are customizable but one of the other girls told her they are. She did not want to be bothered, even rolled her eyes when another customer came in. Then she left walked away without giving us our drink so I just took a cup myself. Staff never keeps anything stocked, i leave empty handed way more often than not
I’m gonna be real, everyone has low expectations for a subway franchise, but no matter how many times I try, this subway never fails to be understaffed and understocked. This is the 4th time they have been lacking common sandwich ingredients. Clear management failure.
I wish they would have two workers instead of just leaving one working all day.
