It's always pretty good.
Placed an online order thru the app and only got half of my order. I called the store but it goes straight to voicemail and went online to chat with the “support” which is all ai and I haven’t received an email or call response / follow up. Do not go here and if you do, double check the order before you leave because it’s impossible to reach anyone afterwards.
I just want to give a huge shoutout to Cadence and Ron, the store manager, because they truly make this Subway location such a great place to visit! Every time I come in, they are friendly, welcoming, and always have such a positive attitude. They make my sandwiches with care and always make sure everything is fresh, neat, and made exactly the way I want it. Went on my lunch hour to get a tuna sub. I asked for fresh bread. She said fine and made the sandwich. She scraped the tuna bin for the last remnants of tuna in a nearly empty container. So I really didn’t get enough tuna to begin with. Then when I asked for spinach, she informed me they were out of spinach. I asked for a few black olives, they were only a few left in the bin and she just put those on the sandwich.
