We went in and ordered 3 sandwiches for a total cost of a little over $40. The bread was so stale that none could be eaten. I asked for a gift card but was told they could only re-make the sandwiches. None of us wanted anything else from this store. I was told a week later that if I then produced the receipt they would refund per the supervisor. Why not a gift card where you are sure to use it at the same company, only at a different location? They dont have nachos they advertised it and they didnt have any
No one speaks when you walk in or when they are ready to take your order; they just look at you with a blank stare. Topping containers empty (around 6pm), will put literal scraps of lettuce on your sub. If you order on the app- your order will be wrong. I have never seen someone work and move as slow as they did this evening; it was almost unbearable to watch. Do better subway!!
