Very disappointing experience at Subway. I purchased a meal with a fountain drink instead of a bottled drink. I first filled my cup with 7UP, but it did not taste good, so I went back and filled the same cup with another drink. The employee immediately told me I had to throw it away because refills are not allowed. The problem is that there was no sign or notice anywhere saying “no refills.” If refills are not allowed, why is the fountain station left outside for customers to use themselves?
