I did an online order and it said it would be ready by 6:50.. it was still a 20 minute wait after we got there.. the guy was moving so slow.. he had two online orders in front of me still not done.. no hair net, took 10 minutes to put gloves on.. and so unprofessional. Got home and found a few pieces of hair in my food ! Tried calling and no one answered any of the 12x that I called.
I tend to stop here anytime I'm in the area while down visiting my daughter and grandsons
Only had one person working here tonight. Between him taking walk-in customers and making online orders I literally waited for 40 mins for a 6-inch sub. (Because my daughter wanted Subway tonight). Next time .....wait, there won't be a next time!
Get your crap together. I ordered from Crawford county and still not ready when I get here. Make orders when they come in. Not every customer that just enters the door that's why we order online. Like dang I'm working ain't got time for slack stuff!!!!!!
I went to this location recently and I was greeted by Jennifer who was alone working the day shift, I am a former employee of subway so I know the process that goes into opening the store. Jennifer was alone this day for the morning and until someone else came in for the evening shift, she had everything prepared and was still working on things before and after making my order, and I must say all of the veggies were good and fresh and the bread was soft and perfectly baked.
