Malek was great! Good service and good food
I had the worst customer experience ever. I order 2 subs online. I immediately realize after paying for them that I could not pick up the subs at the time schedule. I called the number listed for the store several times. no one answers, its just ring and ring. so I could not change the times. when I got to the store some three hours later. I came into the restaurant to pickup my online order, the employee was chatting with the customer who already had her order. The employee was writing down a phone number for her. The customer said she should go because she saw me waiting. The employee said "so what let him wait". Unfortunately for her, she did not know I speak fluent spanish. Due to her extremely rude customer service, you have now lost a regular customer who lives directly across the street.
I am a subway costumer for years.. This store dont let you choose the type of bread that you like. In addition, the lady at the store was rude. I will never return.
I placed order but did not receive it. They said someone already picked it up. They would not remake me my order. Did not offer refund or replacement
