I had a very positive experience this morning when I went in to place my order. The attendant, Mandeep Kawz, was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. She was calm, cool, and very receptive. it truly made my day. Excellent customer service!
Walked in to order a sub, and a lady working there was not happy. She literally made a face, and I was told it's her lunch time, and then she took my order as she was doing a big favor to me. I felt like I was not paying to get food. I told her to make a veggie sub and asked her to include the veggie patty as well. She literally told me rudely that you asked for veggie delight, I mean, yeah, Im not asking for any meat. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. She didn’t know the meaning of EXTRA. Even their grill machine is not working the girl there told me they just put it there to show the inspector that it is working.Like really they are making fool of customers as well as subway.
This is a terrible location, the service was rude and the condition of the food cooler was pathetic. I cannot be bribed with a free cookie!
I had an amazing time with Mandeep! She was incredibly friendly and took the time to recommend a better option that suited my dietary needs. Truly appreciated her care and professionalism!
