The franchise owner is horrible. He purposely set up his systems to not allow refunds. There are no signs posted. The workers are great and can only do so much.
They stoled my order and refused to give me my money back. Not happy with this location.

The older woman there was very rude denied subway coupons and denied me service was extremely rude and called security instead of selling the problem I'm calling corporate
Unprofessional and ghetto. I ordered a delivery through door dash, was told that the order was not ready 2x by door dash. I cancelled the order only to be told that Subway had to refund my money. Arrived the next day with proof the order was cancelled and not refunded. After arguing with an employee who persisted that cash app had to provide the refund even though cash app and door dash both said only Subway could give the refund, the employee admitted to eating my subs.
